Set up and update supplier database by periodic inner supervision and comprehensive evaluation of actual status on its brand, capacity, product quality, warranty etc, maintain and deepen relationship with strategic suppliers, then choose the most qualified for SolarTotal as our long term partners.

Purchase planning

Sign an annual sourcing agreement with strategic partners to ensure stable module supply and punctual delivery. Sign a quarterly and monthly delivery scheme to satisfy SolarTotal’s actual demand.

Quality control management.

Ensure the qualification of original sources and production procedure by regular on-site manufactory inspection to make sure the quality can meet our requirements such as colour difference, dimension, power efficiency, and such accessories are qualified; create inspection report for our customer.
